After recovering our vehicle without our authorisation, we had to phone round different companies to find out who had taken our car - despite incident being reported to the police at the time and contact details being given. We arrived on site at the agreed time to find it locked up and nobody here. We called repeatedly and have spoken with Dave, who is rude and unpleasant. Bunch of dishonest chancers.
