Their efficient, friendly and helpful recovery engineer Jack did a great job for us on Saturday night, recovering our car from a roadside breakdown, taking us home and even helping to take our shopping in! This morning, Monday, Steve in their workshop has repaired the fault. And everyone in the office was great too!

The guy who collected me from the roadside was so nice and helpful. He was just what I needed in that moment. The office needed to buy a pack of anti depressants and share them, omgggg I spoke to 4 of them and all 4 were so miserable after 5 mins I wanted to have myself admitted. The office was a little disorganised each person would tell me something different. But the service i had on the roadside was so good I would definitely call them again and just have to brave the office.
I hit a large pothole near Bramdean which punctured a front tyre and damaged the wheel. I contacted Midhurst Engineering from a nearby pub at about 8pm and Jack was with us with the recovery truck before 10pm as promised. Very helpful friendly recovery service and very prompt replacement of the Tyre.
