After recovering our vehicle without our authorisation, we had to phone round different companies to find out who had taken our car - despite incident being reported to the police at the time and contact details being given. We arrived on site at the agreed time to find it locked up and nobody here. We called repeatedly and have spoken with Dave, who is rude and unpleasant. Bunch of dishonest chancers. Easy to book and easy to deal, with helpful and sensible advice .would highly recommend.
Midhurst Engineering today collected my vehicle from home and delivered it to a local garage for repair. Michael the recovery driver was absolutely brilliant. Not only was he very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he was actually able to get my vehicle started. This meant he did not have to "Drag" it onto the truck which is what happened when it was recovered to my home by another company. Well done Michael and Midhurst Engineering, proper customer service!!
