Purchased a sofa and loveseat set in 2022. It was the floor model and one of the cushions had a defect. They promised us if we purchased the floor model, they would order a replacement cushion. We agreed to this and they noted our information. Several months had passed without any call from Midha's. We contacted them to follow up and they confirmed the shipment was delayed but we could get our cushion Again, several months passed so we went in store.
