At least it's one of the top five realtors on the Outer Banks of NC. We've been renting through them for over 15 years. Their homes are quite modest and have all the things you need. We've had only a couple of minor issues which were immediately tended to.
Just got back from a week at Hatteras. The house we rented from MIdgett Realty was perfect and we had a great time!!
Booked a vacation home rental for 4/19/2025-4/22/2025. After we had already left for the trip, they called and stated the property was no longer available. The only options to rent were $200-$300 more expensive. I stated this was their error and needed to pay for the difference. They confirmed that they made a mistake but refused to make it right. My family had already left and caused hardship for me and my family. I thought this was a reputable company but they were just trying to do a Bait and Switch. Be warned!!!

Kelly has helped us with two trips down to Hatteras, and we have already booked a third and fourth stay with her. She is super helpful in finding us just what is needed, and keeping us in mind even after we have booked. She makes great recommendations based on our discussions and always has more then one option for us. She is a real gem and management should not overlook her as an asset! Another trip in the books! No issues at all!
