The amount of times they have cancelled my Mom’s regular cleaning appointments is actually ridiculous. Every single time she has an appointment they cancel it on the day-of. Even if she reschedules MULTIPLE TIMES, they end up cancelling every single appointment, and she has to eventually go somewhere else. 6 months later, she made a cleaning appointment and guess what? Cancelled AGAIN. Still the same thing 6 months later. Permanently changing dentists, won’t be bringing her here anymore.
