Was a very painless process. Everything was ready to go. Staff was great. Would definitely recommend using, they even had a Uhaul on site that was ready to use for my move.
Our entire storage unit was robbed. Everything we had stored there was stolen. We had seen the unit intact the day before and within 24 hours, the lock was gone and the unit was completely empty. This would’ve required a TRAILER or MOVING TRUCK to remove all the contents. What is absolutely unacceptable is that this facility requires you to use THEIR locks, does not allow you to use your own, and advertises 24/7 video surveillance.
