Abby was amazing in getting us set up with our second unit during our house move. She also looked into a billing request I had. She was quick, kind and efficient. Service like this is why we continue to rent here!!!
Midguard bought it out and ruined this business. Everything is automated. They implement random expenses to charge you more without your consent. Forget about talking to a representative. They’ll put you on a screen. They make you change your locks to their own special lock which they charge you monthly for.. I’d would rather light my stuff on fire before I do business with Midguard again.
Had a problem with my unit, and Reyanna helped me out. I really appreciate her and I’ve had a unit here for a while now. So I’m grateful for how helpful they are!
