Stopped by storage this weekend and met Wendy, who was able to get me into a larger unit, seamlessly. It was quick and easy and she was super helpful. During the checkout process, Wendy and virtual assitant Kesha was able to get everything transferred and it was all wrapped up that day. Great experience!
The lady with Blonde hair and my apologies for not remembering the name, but she is amazing customer service representative. She is always helping and responsive to the needs of her customer to ensure they stay customers. She is always on the go when I see her and definitely takes her job serious, with a pride factor. Keep her around and the customers and new ones are sure to stay
we got a storage unit for our cars and the lady was very positive and nice and even waid that she was going to ask someone to put more cameras up because she knows we love drag racing. she was very cool and awesome and we are still friends when we come get or drop off things from storage. also rented us a trailer.

I rented a uhaul trailer today. Want to give a 5 star to the very nice lady who helped me. She is a gem. The place was exceptionally clean and well done. One of the owners came by while i was there ditto for him great folks.. The kind of good solid people you want to do business with. Congrats to you for a business well done.
