Wendy showed me a unit and she was so pleasant and helpful while showing me. I really appreciated her patience.
Our experience with Wendy at Midgard is exceptional. She was very helpful and very friendly. So much better than having to work with a virtual assistant. For sure five stars.
I discovered a mice infestation in my unit that ruined the furniture stored within. Despite this, I was still held to the full 30-day move out notice, so I will be paying for 6 weeks of storage after notifying them of their mice problem. This is after charging me extra for insurance that I declined and a lock rental that is not optional.
