I want to share my experience with Midgard Self Storage because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I rented a temperature-controlled unit here for 3 years. I chose climate control specifically to protect my belongings — especially sentimental items from my father who passed away. When I recently went to empty my unit, I was shocked and devastated. Extremely professional, exceptional facility!
Lee was just amazing..I met her when I returned the uhaul just before 0700pm. She took extra care so I won't be in the dark by myself, while parking the uhaul at the back and also while i get back in my car. She was lovely, warm and professional. Thank you so much. People like this are gift to workplace.
I have been at this location since july.Tracy has been wonderful has always answered my questions.Whenever I had questions of the facility, it's always clean, easy.Access recommend this place
The virtual manager was very friendly, the property isn’t was clean and smelled good. But I went there for a uhaul truck. Those trucks need work. Mines didn’t have any power steering and the wheel wud not turn. And it had cigarette ashes and trash in it. Because nobody is physically on property I’m not sure how often those trucks actually get checked and serviced. And people are definitely lying when dropping trucks back off
