Signing up for a unit was simple. I filled out an application online and was reached out to via phone. I can not remember who assisted me in signing up, but she was very kind and the process was simple. Once I installed the app, there were no issues with accessing the facility or the unit itself. The facility is well maintained and kept at a good temperature for climate control. I am happy with the size of my unit. They have carts for easily moving large or heavy objects as well.
