Midgard Storage has been exceptionally accommodating throughout my experience. Their responsiveness is impressive—I've never waited more than twenty-four hours for a reply. They went above and beyond to secure a unit for me before my move, even honoring my specific request for a location near the entrance and my original unit. The availability of on-site carts is a fantastic added convenience. Without a doubt, this has been the best storage experience I've had.
Very disappointed at how quickly and substantially the fees increased. I chose the location, thinking that it might go up some, but not by $30+ for a mostly nonhuman facility.
Darian was so patient & kind helping me through the online registration. She did a great job communicating with me by phone.
Midgard Storage on Railroad Bed Rd in an excellent company to deal with. I looked for a place to store a vehicle and finally called them. The lady that works in the office helped me step by step getting everything set up. She was very patient with me and explained each step. The prices are great and you can even insure your property through them if you don’t have insurance. Great location with easy access. Will always use them for my storage needs.
Chase was professional, polite, and most of all efficient. He listened to my concern and resolved my issue with an explanation as to what I should expect moving forward.
