There was a confusion on the size unit I needed and the monthly amount with the representatives I had talked to earlier in the week. Darian called me directly and was very friendly and helpful in correcting the unit size and price. She also assisted me in finishing my online paperwork.
Beth was informative and Uber pleasant to talk with. She took her time explaining the contract and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. She helped me with facility access codes and my storage access codes. She really went the extra mile for me and gave great Customer Service. Beth was a treasure to work with!
Ashley was very nice and professional providing excellent service. Big improvement from any other personnel I have dealt with in the past. Many thanks and made my day special.
