Chrissy helped me tremendously at the location. She's always friendly and keeps everything super clean. Best property manager I met!
Worst storage company ever. We have used storage facilities in several areas from Snellville, Covington and finally Social Circle. They gave a ZERO in every way and probably don’t care. They raised rates, require another lock they can charge for, gate never works so it’s not secure anyway, gave a 30 day written. Price and followed their rules and they charged again. If I could give zero stars I would. Almost every payment gets increased, no longer allowed to use my own lock and will be charged for it. The gate is usually always messed up! The customer service agents have always been sweet but I will never be back to Midgard agin.
