Very friendly service, eager to help!!
The people at the Covington and Social Circle locations, as well as Jewels with the Virtual Customer support were phenomenal, but the company’s has leaned into tech so heavily that it made the move in impossibly inflexible, and inefficient. The entire system would fall under n its face with a simple power outage. They have to people to have something special, spectacular even, but the system tied their hands at each turn.
