I have to say, I was not happy when Midgard Storage took over a year or so ago, but today talking with their representative, Jewels, was fantastic. I didn’t want to talk to a virtual assistant, but she has changed my mind. She was so very helpful and understanding. I needed to make changes with my storage unit and she made the process a breeze.
