If I could give them zero stars, I would. Prior to the acquisition by Midgard, I’ve rented from ********* a couple of times for the same July-August storage need. I set up automatic payment on my credit card. This year, we had to deal with Midgard. The rental process was onerous. They only service I could get was reaching out to the local office. We used the storage unit from July 15th-August 19th and paid for two full months. I contacted the office on Monday, August 21st to let them know that we vacated and put the lock key... read more
