It's a storage unit.. Pretty significant complaint I have is that they require a 30 day move out notice which is asinine. I'm sure it's in the fine print when you rent a unit but do they really need 30 days notice if someone is moving out? What kind of admin or prep work needs to be done to a storage unit that requires 30 days notice that you yourself need to sweep out and send proof it's clean. You're not renting out a house here... It's empty space that you're obviously double dipping on.
Overall everything is good. Some small issues initially because we are old and new to this kind of stuff. Initial directions were difficult to follow But overall, not a big deal.
Kudos for having Leslie on board, through her professional due diligence, She took the time to go above and beyond any expectations that I or the Company may have.
