Steven was informative and helped me make the best decision for me! 5 stars all the way! In 2025 Customer service isn’t what it used to be, but Steven’s professionalism breaks the mold and sets the standard high again!

Editing my review now that I have been storing stuff here for a few months. The facility is not well kept and hallways rarely get cleaned it seems like. Between my 3 units only 1 of my units was clean when I moved in. The loading Bay Area is disgusting and looks like it never gets power washed or cleaned. Stairwells are full of spider webs and not even useable. Bathrooms are disgusting and always are trashed.
