Perfect, I liked the virtual assistant, it was different but I liked it and it worked very well
Casey was great and resolved a billing issue I had. He was patient and considerate towards my charge. He resolved the issue and I was very pleased with his help!
Super secure and clean! I love the roof over the loading/unloading area! Best feature is that the unit itself has a MOTION DETECTION LIGHT, so you can actually SEE your stuff!!!! No more using flashlights to sort through boxes to find things! I LOVE this storage facility! Also, there’s BATHROOMS on each floor!!! Yay!
Darian was the best!! She made the instructions pretty clear and straight forward. I want to thank her and her partner over there for helping me since this was my first time having a storage unit. They are the best!!
