The way this company deceives customers is ridiculous. I got a ********************** unit for my daughter in college once the dorm closed in May. I paid two months in advance. I knew the next payment was due in July, so on June 29th, I went to the portal to make the payment. I paid the balance listed on my account and received a receipt for it.
