Edit to add: so even though I told them I wanted to cancel on July 10 and I did the move out online July 30, they still decided to charge my card for BOTH units on August 1st. Tell me how it’s okay for yall to charge me another month but I have zero access to to the unit because I moved out of it. Then they say I can’t move out of one because there is 4 things left behind in it. Um okay and yall don’t have a dumpster to put stuff in and this is stuff we weren’t taking.
