Casey was great with dealing with an issue I had. I am a new tenant with this storage facility and like many others, I don’t read everything on the lease. So I figured I owed a month after I signed up. I also figured I would get some type of invoice or any communication sent to me when the bill was due or even when my autopay was declined and I was about to get locked out. Had a great experience with I think it was Tyler or Taylor on the phone. He helped me through it all to get set up.
Have had storage here a few times and always great service. But now you have to use there lock so is a bit more expensive
