We reserved a U-Haul from this location. We received a confirmation call on the reservation date to confirm our pick up time. So far, so good. We arrived at the scheduled time and we were greeted by an offsite person on a screen who helped us finalize the process using our smartphone. Not convenient, but it’s 2025–so we went with it. When it came time to get the physical keys, our offsite customer service person could not reach anyone on site.
