The property is pretty nice, but a physical person couldn’t help me when I got there for my reservation. I had to talk to someone virtually, which was okay…except it took 35 minutes to get the unlock code for my unit so I was standing in the sun and heat for over a half an hour before I unloaded a U-Haul truck. That’s my only gripe is the length it took to get my unload code.
This operations is excellent and the staff property managers have done fantastic
