Update: After leaving this review, Tyler reached out and apologized and did credit the items back that I never used. I updated to 3 stars from 1 because I still think they could have replied to the multiple emails I sent them prior to the review. I used this place to store my RV for 1.5 months which they charged me 3 months (some tricky paperwork that they said it was better that way supposedly). The rate was very high for an RV spot UNCOVERED with NO POWER for $250/month with the 3rd month free??? On top of that they charge... read more
