Adam was extremely helpful and Very professional.
Jewels, is the representative that helped me over the phone, and she was fantastic. The onsite rep is difficult to receive a response from. I left a message two weeks prior to the due date about a billing issue that is repetitive, and it still wasn’t addressed 10 days after. If you pay before fixing a billing issue, the money CANNOT be returned…..what I was told by the onsite manager after the first month that this happened. The problem was finally fixed, but it took someone else (Jewels), to fix it correctly and permanently... read more
I never signed a lease and they took almost $100 out of my bank account. Advertising says no Admin fee. I have copies of it. They did charge Admin fee and additional rent every month for a fancy lock. A pain to deal with.
Kesha was the worker who helped me today she was so good , she gave me all the right information and led me in the right direction with the move in process. Thank you Kesha !
