Pros: The location was great, The access was easy and because it was coded I felt safe. It did stay at a great temperature so after two years none of my things had mold, mildew or any issues. Cons: Rate increases are random. They charge you monthly for a lock even if you had your own. Toss up: it is 90% virtual, so you talk to a person on a screen, which is fine for the most part. David was very helpful and personable. He graciously helped me to navigate the online portal & was very patient with me when I had questions and through out the entire process. You rock David!!!!
