The gentleman that works on site is very, very nice, kind, helpful. The virtual assistant women on the screen was also as well.
Special thanks to Dave in the office helping us surrender some of our units. He was very helpful.
Update for July 1, 2026: just received another rate increase for my unit, a $50 increase! Almost at $200 for one unit. This place has non stop increases every year. They charge you all kinds of fees on top of these increases. This is the second increase for this year. Last year there were multiple increases. Time for a change! Go somewhere else that has an actual live person in the office instead of talking to a wall with a person on video..extremely frustrating..and they DON'T pick up their phone....
