I rented originally from old joe & theron out of a small office on property. My first time to my unit in 5 years, I wish old Joe could see how his business and virtual assistants the new building everything Chris did for me with the uniform locks I was NOT expecting and panicked immediately, relieved with it. +
** No longer BBB accredited and multiple lawsuits against them***. I have had a unit for over 2 years, no problems other than the gate being left open or codes not working, UNTIL I paid my monthly rent for January before Christmas. I have the receipt of payment from their payment portal. After the 1st they came back and said I never paid the unit, that I only paid $5.00 for a new lock fee they started December 1, I was never told about a lock fee. I recently had an email come from the billing Department stating after 6 months of renting at $97 a month my rent would now be $194 a month and I would be charged $5.99 a month for the new lock system they are now using. Being retired and living alone and a local in an area growing with an influx of people coming here I was floored at my increase. My second rental experience with Midgard. I again found the experience to be smooth. Everything was completed over the phone. Friendly and helpful telephone staff that assisted me in finding the proper size and least cost option. I found the humidity/temperature controlled storage facility and unit clean and well lit.
