Super simple process online from out of state. Fast response and full disclosure. This has been an easy and helpful group to work with.

Love how state of art it is. The virtual agents were very helpful! Clean and secure
Did not like the video conference to get signed up and the contract seemed complicated for just a small storage unit. Also really don't like how I'm required to rent a padlock at over $5 a month. Storage unit was clean but a little hard to open. Security fence is nice.
