They were quick to respond to questions and the biggest thing is they have all information on their website. They so respond to text messages because talking on the phone isn't always easy at the time. The prices were also cheaper than other near by storage facilities. Their customer service, especially the virtual help, is fantastic!

*adding to my previous review... I decided to keep my unit for a bit longer. For some reason (my phone is a dinosaur) I couldn't get to the payment area so I called for help 2 minutes before my husband came home and needed my car! Needless to say, I was multi-tasking the whole beginning of the call and David stayed amazing and worked out the issue in record time.
