My parents have had a storage unit with this company for over four years and have opened Ed their unit very few times since until today when they opened it and found everything (family heirlooms including a 500 lb wood stove) had been stolen. What kind of security is at this place where an entire unit including a 500lb stove is removed from someone else’s locked unit and goes unnoticed?
