My parents have had a storage unit with this company for over four years and have opened Ed their unit very few times since until today when they opened it and found everything (family heirlooms including a 500 lb wood stove) had been stolen. What kind of security is at this place where an entire unit including a 500lb stove is removed from someone else’s locked unit and goes unnoticed? Have had a unit here since before Midgard took over. I highly dislike this company and their ethics. The positive reviews are from new customers, but they don't care about established ones. If you don't want to pay double what others are being charged and don't like being forced into "renting" their now required locks, (which they control access and can get into your unit with!!!), I would look somewhere else or keep your unit for a short time.
