Very easy to set up a storage unit. Jessica was so helpful in helping me get started. Plus, going over and beyond her duties helping me find my misplaced cell phone!
The agent I worked with was very professional and appreciated his support HOWEVER, MidGuard’s policy of charging $14 monthly penalty for not updating the insurance is ridiculous. Competition sends notices to clients requesting insurance updates BEFORE adding penalty costs. Find your business fee model to be incredibly unfair and nothing more than profit focus vs customer focus.
The digital experience was different, not to interact with a human but it was ok.
