******** customer service. I've had a problem occur EVERY month. They lost a payment, have raised rent to almost double, added locks and a third party has the codes, all virtual agents and most recently changed my access code without notification.
Today 12/2/22 I went to the storage to get my Christmas stuff from my unit. When I arrived I forgot my code to get in the gate. I parked on side of building on the handicap parking to look for the code on my phone. I decided to go in because I could not find the picture I had on my phone. When I walked in there was a man behind the counter. I then told him I need to get to my unit but I forgot the code for the pin pad.
