Rude Customer Service. Makes you give them a 30 days move out notice instead of a couple days like other storage companies. I hope you go out of business
I was there one month and they upped the rent.
This storage place is a nightmare!! Bugs, rats and a problem just trying to cancel your storage. They want you to do a ridiculous amount of things just to move out of storage and they will keep taking money from you!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER! GO TO FAYETTEVILLE STORAGE INSTEAD TO AVOID PROBLEMS AND HASSLE!
