Jewel was friendly and amazing! Super helpful! Love the positive energy. Another U-Haul place in Raeford, the guy cut me off, rude, treated me like I was a bother. So I called this U-Haul and she was AMAZING! She did not disappoint! Offered me thing for my out-of-state move I did not even think about! Listened, Patient! Super kind and sweet! Appreciate this “10” customer service!!!!!

Worst mistake I made stationed here was storing at this rental facility while trying to figure out what’s next. Expect to pay for 30 additional days of non-use because their business model is to money grub you for everything they can beyond your contract term. It’s their right to have a notice to vacate and mind to suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
