The online process was simple and quick. I also interacted with staff virtually when I arrived at the location. My only problem is there were only 2 moving carts to be shared by guest moving in/out and 1 of them wheels were not working correctly. I don't think that number is acceptable fir such a large facility used for storage. My unit was clean and it also comes with a lock which was great.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Place is kept clean and no issues with anything.
Keisha made our 1st virtual assistant experience great. She walked us through everything and explained the rental process with ease. Very knowledgeable!
