The experience renting a unit at this location was simple. Kourtney provided great customer service throughout the process. She answered any questions that I had. The virtual representative Lisa was also prompt in welcoming me as I entered the facility.
Kourtney was very knowledgeable. Told me exactly what I needed. I needed some things switched and she did it effortlessly!
I must admit that I was not prepared to speak with a virtual agent. The virtual agent is named Beth and she was very professional. She provided my husband and I with top notch services at Midgard Storage(Hwy 314-Fayetteville). Beth is totally awesome!!
