So far, not a wonderful experience. We arrived from out of state and I called the day before we were to load in the entire truck, to be sure we were ok with the timing at 8.00 am. I was assured we were fine. And then when we showed up, we couldn't get in. We had to wait until normal business hours. It was an incredible waste of time for us and the moving company. Hopefully, all will be better now. But a very bad start...
