Chase helped me get through the process smoothly
Avoid if you can! When they say your rent will go up each month, they mean it. Ours did every month and the unlimited possibility created undo stress. It’s claimed to be climate controlled, the interior is more like 85 degrees and 100% humidity. They have a rat problem and it was never communicated to us before or during our rental. We only knew from finding rat traps placed in our unit, droppings on our belongings, and holes in our fabrics.
Place is a scam. Was never able to enter unit. Called, emailed and texted to cancel rental. Never stopped charging our account. The third party customer service is a joke who is only able to say sorry for your frustration. Do not do business with this company.
I was onsite a little longer than i anticipated. I enjoy that fact that ever thing is digital however the price quoted to me online was one amount but onsite it was charged more. Over my experience would be rated as a 4 star.
