We just moved in, but it’s clear this company is very customer service oriented and very responsive. Great communication, great location. More after we’ve been there for a while 🙂
Hope mills, midgard seft storage, is one of the best kept cleaned and safe self storage company i have used. They have working security cameras and gates. Thire prices are affordable also.
I just got the stoage unit 2 days ago and I've only used it yesterday, so this review is mainly on the service. The Webcam customer service worked great. The touch pad interface the live person on the larger panel behind pad was unexpected, but no waiting. The young man answered all my questions to include letting me take a look at a similar vacant unit in a "no contact" way.
Keisha was most helpful during my unexpected move. She made the process extremely easy and the facilities are very user friendly.
