My experience today was one of great satisfaction. Bek was very professional and took care of the problem. Most importantly, just having a listening ear. I'm forever grateful! Thank you.
Overall experience here was good. I stayed for over a year. During the storm my trailer was broken in, however I still stayed. Tight space when driving my trailer through their property. What I didn’t like, they require 30 days notice before you vacate. I didn’t give 30 days so they charge me for 30 days. No one requires 30 day notice. Why would you charge a customer who stayed with you for over a year probably two years an extra full month for not giving a 30 day notice and lose a potential future customer?
