The man who helped us was very helpful, nice, and informative. The facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.
I had an issue with my acct recently because my rate was changed and I overpaid for December. I should have had a credit to my acct but was asked to pay a regular payment for Jan. I talked with Harold who was awesome! He listened to my complaint and stayed on the phone with me for 35 minutes until it was resolved. I didn't mind the hold time because he did not want me to have to call back or talk to another agent. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
