The customer care sucks. I called because my boyfriend and I were charged for the month of February when it was suppose to be a “free month” per the initial contract. I called to get this corrected and went to add my boyfriend to the call and the representative told me “that’s not good enough he needs to call in by himself.” She then proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of me talking. I have never dealt with such disrespect from a customer service representative. They need to do better.
