The employees are what really makes this company. The MidGuard corporate structure allows for tenants to get charged fees $ randomly that they must catch and have refunded. • You are forced to use their padlocks @ $6 six a month. • You have to pay extra for 24 hour access. Unsafe, insecure. Absolutely worst experience ever! It took an hour for them to try to find my locks and gate codes while my $100 an hour movers were sitting there, then once I get to the unit, the lock handle had been completely ripped out where it had been broken into before. Then instead of helping em get into another unit immediately , they take another hour to offer to move me to another unit, once my movers were gone and could no longer help. Then they told me my lock wasn’t actually broken and no one could come fix it... read more
