My wife and I would like to thank Mr. Edmonson, Mr. Badillo, Mr. AbrahamGonzalez & Miss Gibson for providing us with a seamless home buying experience. They were all very thorough & knowledgeable throughout the whole process and happily answered our questions when we had them. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but we’d definitely use the staff at MidFlorida again!
Don’t work with these people if you want and trusted partner. They are not consultative and will not explain anything to you proactively. You will need to poke and poke and know exactly what to ask to get the information you need. They will make everything difficult and last minute for closing. They will not send out your first payment and you will have to jump through hoops for everything. Worst experience Ever with a bank. Cannot caution anyone enough.
Catalina and her team (Krizia and Sarah) were fantastic in helping me get through a vacant land closing. This turned out to be a challenging transaction but they were able to work with my buyers and myself to make it a nearly seamless experience.
