Management is terrible, call center is even worse. Recommend banking with someone else.
Wife and I transferred from Truist to MidFlorida today. Mari Diaz did an absolutely fantastic job getting us through all the required paperwork and she explained everything quite well. Mari is a veey professional person at MidFlorida. Thx Mari From Ron and Cyndie.
Me and my wife have had an account here for 3-4 years. The tellers in the drive through have gone from 5⭐️ awesome where I used to like rolling through and seeing them 2-3 times a week. With the rain cloud of personalities in drive through definitely going to be making more ATM and mobile deposits after today’s experience. My personal account is with CentSt and was considering moving it, it’ll stay for now though.
I recently went to the bank to discuss my overdraft fees. As I am new with this bank less than 2 months now, and I have had nothing but bad service at every branch today. I reached out to customer service was on hold for over 30 minutes, then they failed to verify me. Then they put me on, hold again. So today I went back to a branch to speak to a manager which ignored me sat there for over 20 minutes for them. To tell me manager was on lunch at 4 PM. Made no sense to me. Caitlin Pardy has taken care of us several times, and each time it has been a pleasure! She helped replace my debit card to prevent reoccurring charges on my account. She took care of us when there was fraud on my account. She assured me she would handle it, and that’s just what she did. She always patient, thorough, and friendly.
