OMG! This is the best bank around, the Kentucky street branch, in Lakeland ,FL, I was conducting business as usual and there was an exchange of cash and some how distracted I proceeded to leave the designated area and left a 50.00 bill on the counter, immediately after I had walked and sat down waiting on my spouse the bank representative approached me , notifying me I had left this 50.00 bill so professionally. Their saving account rates are amazing and once things are set up they work fine but they've had multiple issues with their system and they always look at me like I'm the problem or something. For example I tired to cash some bonds today with them and it didn't work went to another bank and they were immediately cashed without issue.

Tequilla, branch manager, was exceptionally helpful. We went in to close out a relatives account and she helped us through all the steps, called us back on time and was very pleasant in office. Also gave a good recommendation for Frescos for dinner that night, loved it. Thank you Tequilla!
