Do not bank here! I I have been with Mid Florida for almost 20 years. It is no longer a customer service oriented bank. Phone support is absolutely horrendous. 10 day hold on paychecks from your employer of 3 years. They have no problem making money on your money, and will tell you that “checks are subject to hold” in the most condescending way possible. 10 day hold on your paycheck is not normal for any reasonable bank.
OMG! This is the best bank around, the Kentucky street branch, in Lakeland ,FL, I was conducting business as usual and there was an exchange of cash and some how distracted I proceeded to leave the designated area and left a 50.00 bill on the counter, immediately after I had walked and sat down waiting on my spouse the bank representative approached me , notifying me I had left this 50.00 bill so professionally.
