Went to make a deposit yesterday, and was done within 15 minutes. Great improvement MidFloridaCU!
I went to the drive thru , haven't been to a bank since covid. I forgot to get a deposit slip, so I asked for one. The lady at the window was very rude. The reviews are correct, this branch sucks.
The tellers at this location are helpful but on multiple occasions I’ve had to leave before getting the chance to be helped by anyone because the wait time is consistently far too long.
I had great service
The drive thru attendant is so rude to me every time I come which is 4 days a week. I found out this branch was closer and decided to use this on instead. Horrible customer service, they have no skills when dealing with people or being polite. The lady stared at me in the Drivethru on a Saturday for 5 minutes refusing to tell me they open at 8:30 on Saturday when the sign says 7-7.
