Having trouble with the online system, so decided to download the Midfirst Bank app. The app just sat there with the circle spinning and I never could even enroll. The online system never recognized my password or ID. I called the Holcombe branch and they tried to verify me as a customer, but were unable to because I didn’t have a loan number or a debit card with the bank, although I was able to provide four of the five pieces of information for verification. Was working with financial officer regarding commercial loan was guaranteed I would get approved. I paid all the fees paid the inspection paid the adjusters only to find out there was a problem internally and could not get qualified. wasted three months of my time and lost $6000 in fees Said she would reimburse me and now she doesn’t even answer my calls nor has anyone from Midfirst reached out to apologize. went to the bank to close my account. withdrew my money and Nobody even cared. stay away, not your kind of bank.
