MidFirst has a wonderful Staff. They're always friendly, polite, and helpful.

She was friendly and well informed on the different products currently offered by the bank, which made it super easy for me to choose and open a new account with MidFirst Bank, NOW my bank too!
The service at this university place location is awesome. Noe Samir Jimenez is a great manager. Great service. Has gone above and beyond to find the best products. I Highly recommend this bank . . I t used to be Amerant Bank and MidFirst has kept the great service. Great CDs products, HELOC rates and service.
