Have over 42k in an ira. Got turned down on a car loan on a car that I paid half down on. Clearly in equity position. Even with my savings and checking acct in positive situations they turned me down on a car loan trying to go from carvana at 10% to my bank at 5.9. Stay away from this bank. I will be closing my accounts asap.
The staff at MidFirst Bank has always had great customer service. They get to know you on a personal level. Becky always asks either about my store or my fur babies. (She gives them treats even when I leave them in the car). I have 4 accounts with them and would recommend this bank to anyone needing a bank with customer service in mind.
The ladies at the counter were really nice! I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews unless I feel really uncomfortable somewhere. With that being said, Sherie could’ve had better customer service skills. As an employer, I teach my employees to always greet customers and say something along the lines of “have a nice day” when the customer is done, rather they purchased something or not.
