I have been a Midfirst customer for many years. The main reason I stay is the exceptional customer service. At every location I frequent,I am greeted by name like a friend. I have been assisted with patience and courtesy even when I have made a mistake...it happens. Special thanks to everyone at the Weatherford, OK branch and Eric in Bixby, OK.
I have wanted to change banks for a long time. I finally found one that I know will work out fine. I love the people that I met. I feel as if I've know Gale, branch manger forever. I'm very happy I made the switch.
Great bank so far staff is great and somehow always remember my name. No problems yet fast and extremely respectful!!
