Midfirst stepped up and helped me with a situation for a business account when my previous bank wouldn't even return a call. At Midfirst, if you call the Bixby branch number, a person physically at that branch picks up the phone. You aren't routed to a call center. That is very nice. The employees have always been friendly and Gail has been nice from the start. We now have several accounts there.
