MidFirst Bank has been a good clean quiet safe bank, I like there online Banking platform and I have had no issues, In the past they have had good rates on there CD's & savings Accounts this has changed and they seam to be lower than average if your willing to use a online only bank you can get much better rates.
Pushy, not well trained and they like to think they can take control over your money & not the other way around. Not honest and wasted my time.
I just went through an extremely stressful situation dealing with fraud and was on the verge of a mental breakdown. I had called another location first and was kind of given the runaround, saying my call would be returned by the correct person shortly, but hours passed, I called back, and was told the same thing again. I am grateful for that, or else I wouldn’t have called this location a couple of hours later and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stormy.
