Midfirst Bank at 760 W Ray Road Gilbert AZ 85233 is run by a group of inept children. I am closing my account and just going to use Chase bank. I deposited $12,000 and they put a hold on it for two weeks. I went to the branch and talked with Cory the branch manager. Got home and he still didn't fix it. I called the customer service line and they finally took care of it. I won't trust my money with this bunch of idiots.

I did not enjoy my experience with this bank at all. The fees for things are unusual and the access with the account, such as text messages for you balance, are not available with this bank. However the tellers are very friendly and there are many promotions going on all of the time. With that said, I would recommend that you look around before committing with this bank.
