Update. Been with this bank awhile now and they're pretty alright. They're definitely improving their customer service and made a new app which is much better. They're finding ways to improve. There's things I don't like still (probably with any smaller bank) but a lot I still do, so I stay! Their summit savings account is great per the APR but their checking account sucks.
