They are very nice and will help you in any way they can.
Staff was very rude and dismissive. Won’t be returning to this location. We went to another MidFirst just before this one and they were very kind, caring, and respectful.
I opened an online checking account and received an email asking me to set up online banking to access my account. I called the bank and asked what my account number is so I can set up online access for the account I applied for. The answer was that we cannot give you the account number, so the customer cannot get their account number. Well, I do not even know what to say.
I have always had top notch customer service at Mid West Bank, they are very helpful.
