Update. Been with this bank awhile now and they're pretty alright. They're definitely improving their customer service and made a new app which is much better. They're finding ways to improve. There's things I don't like still (probably with any smaller bank) but a lot I still do, so I stay! Their summit savings account is great per the APR but their checking account sucks. You get charged extra just for using your card certain places. Disputing a charge or doing anything that a normal bank does is an absolute nightmare The ... read more
Staff were very helpful and updated us when a banker was busy etc. We finished opening an account and a safe deposit box all under an hour. Thank you
This used to be the best bank in the valley but that has all changed. Be very careful that you are getting the correct information about YOUR money. Common sense is lacking.
