I strongly recommend staying as far away from this branch as possible. Historically, the Records family and Midland Financial have been excellent to work with, and I have always regarded the institution highly. Unfortunately, that standard was not reflected at this location. My business experienced fraud on one of our accounts. Their app was not working. I have an account. I uninstalled it & reinstalled. Ot says my phone number is already being used. No go. Cannot set up Zelle without going to the bank.
