This branch is efficient and always friendly!
I called for a wire transfer, and was told I had to go in person to a branch to do this. Fine, sounds secure. I drive to a branch and ask for a wire transfer for money that was wired to my account 10 hours previously. I was told by the teller Gabe that the wire was “still processing” and won’t be available to wire until the next day. I already received confirmation that the wire was successfully processed from where it was sent from. I've been banking at this location for over seven years. I've never experienced a single issue. I usually go to the drive-up window but sometimes, like yesterday, I needed to walk in and conduct business with a teller. The service was pleasant and efficient and I heartily recommend doing business with MidFirst bank.
