Always excellent customer service from folks happy to see you come in. Tony was super helpful to me roday, he helped me research a 2yr old online bill pay issue. MF sent the bill pay money, did everything right. Recipient of the bill pay money lost the payment, and refused to help me track down the lost payment. MidFirst to the rescue! Tony & MF went out of their way to help me fix some other company's mistake. THANKS!
