Love the in person service I receive and all staff!
This bank is garbage.. extremely out dated app. Worst customer service when you call. Everyone is always "busy" they will call you back. But you never get a call. Just another typical badly operated bank. Stay away. I went with Chase, much better!!!
I love MidFirst Bank! I no longer use Chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America because MidFirst Bank has friendly staff who genuinely engage with customers. They offer a variety of programs and services. You can use their debit card anywhere, and they reimburse you for any fees incurred when using another bank's ATM. I will always choose to bank with MidFirst!
Brendon was a prime example of everything that a banker should be!
