I was about to give a terrible review because the branch manager was on his cell phone in his office for a long period of time (per usual). However, Vane, assisted me professionally and proficiently by helping me dispute a charge on my account. Her work ethic alone changed my mind on the review I was going to leave.
The branch at Scottsdale/Shea is by far the best! Every teller is amazing and provides outstanding customer service. David Joss, the manager, is always helpful and friendly too. I have been a customer of MidFirst since the first branch opened in AZ and have always been treated extremely well at this particular branch. Highly recommend!
Great staff. Very fast, no lines. Very professional. I am new to MidFirst, but gaining a lot of confidence in the bank.
