Very poor customer service skills and just complete inability to maintain a conversation. I understand a language barrier but this is has to be the rudest support staff I have ever interacted with in 15 years of the industry. My business will never be carrying Sager products as a result. Unimpressive in all categories. Returned a high-spec laptop twice for repairs and was never returned performing as a new machine should. After all the performance disappointments and time lost troubleshooting, it was like pulling teeth negotiating a refund. When they finally agreed to a refund, hundreds of dollars of the purchase value were deducted because of normal wear to the screen and exterior. One star for the product.
