Buyer beware of Sager's customer service. I needed a warranty replacement for a faulty AC adapter (under 1 year old). Their support first refused to provide prepaid return shipping as their own warranty promises. When I pointed this out over the phone, the sales rep (Frank) became argumentative and tried to shout me down. I had to spend a day arguing over email, quoting their policy line-by-line, just to get the shipping label I was entitled to. I have purchased more than 10 laptops from these people since 1992. Their technology is typically pushing what is available from the big boy's and I love it! Yes with that many laptops I have had some issues with the PC, but they were very reasonable with me and I personally do recommend them. They are NOT perfect, but I will continue to buy more laptops from them. I buy one about every 5 or so years. My 2016 purchase is still working, but I did upgrade in 2020 (this unit 4 TB SSD with 64GB Memory).

Very poor customer service skills and just complete inability to maintain a conversation. I understand a language barrier but this is has to be the rudest support staff I have ever interacted with in 15 years of the industry. My business will never be carrying Sager products as a result. When the support staff identified that due to the SN of the device on the sticker being worn away there would not be a way to lookup the SN, even though we had all relevant part numbers of the device, instead of putting us in contact with Cl... read more
