Unimpressive in all categories. Returned a high-spec laptop twice for repairs and was never returned performing as a new machine should. After all the performance disappointments and time lost troubleshooting, it was like pulling teeth negotiating a refund. When they finally agreed to a refund, hundreds of dollars of the purchase value were deducted because of normal wear to the screen and exterior. One star for the product. This company is awesome. I never liked the idea of having a 'gaming' laptop since I prefer to build my own desktops. My sister was looking for a new laptop years ago and I researched on multiple forums and found that Sager is reliable and a good bang for you buck. She has had her Sager laptop for about 3 years now, runs without problems and I was very impressed it has held up. I finally caved in and bought one 6 months ago and I absolutely love it.
