Stay away from this property development company. If you see any property for sale, avoid it. Was burned for 5 years through their sunset clause and lost money on the return deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
WORST! 1 star is too much for this agency ! My housemate and I had THE worst experience ever with this agent. Poor customer service, unreasonable things happened from time to time. inefficient in every progress. Rude and unprofessional!
I have a property trust managed by this firm... they have owed me over 1 year of proceed... irresponsible and don't even know how to response me.... still waiting for my money and a response.
Worst experience ever. If I can negative stars, I'll definitely give without hesitation. SUCH bad customer service and rude employees. They provide an apartment which is dirty and told me it's my responsibility to clean it and told me to pay for another set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment when they only provided 1 set. wow. seriously?
