Great service knowledgable staff after hours was only way to get seen that day and no one was made to feel like it was a bad experience.The pup is doing much better now
We recently had to put down our beloved dachshund, and just wanted to share what a thoughtful experience it was at Middletown. Dr. Mather is top notch, and very professional yet full of compassion for the pet and their owners. Highly recommend this vet facility and its employees. 5
I feel I can’t give a review without sharing my full experience to warn others. I’ve been using this vet since I got my first dog 9 years ago. They’ve handled his care since he was a puppy, along with all other pets I’ve had since. After yesterday’s experience, I won’t be returning. My dog has cancer and is currently on a palliative care route. During his last diagnostic appointment in January, I had a lovely vet who talked through what to expect and how much time he may have.
