Dr. Beste and staff have been caring for my fur family members for over 30 years. Not only have they provided my pets with care I completely trust, when it's time to say good-bye, they also provide pet parents with compassion. Unlike other practices that are getting bought up by big corporate, Middletown Vet remains committed to your pets best care, not a bottom line. They truly are the best vet yet.
I absolutely love my vet. Kayla, Genna and all the other techs who I have met have been fabulous. Dr Jackson is amazing. I will never switch vets.
Awesome staff!! We have been coming here for 12 yrs and absolutely appreciate the 24 hr service availability. The entire staff is professional, knowledegable and most of all compassionate. Our lab had surgery last Thursday-they stayed in touch every step of the way-before and after her procedure. They were in touch with us immediately when she came out from under the anesthesia and explained completely every detail we needed to be aware of. She is home recovering now. Great staff. I like the convenience of being able to communicate via text as well for appointments.
I wish I could put something different, but I had a horrible experience. If you need more info I filed a complaint with De Div of Profession regulation. #C-VMB-2023-0004 I took my GSD to them for limping, at the 2nd appt, they did an xray and said she would need a biopsy, he would call Saturday with the date and time. They never got back to me. When they finally did the biopsy, it was on an emergency visit. The call that she had cancer, was a mssg to call back because he was gone for the weekend, but noone wanted to tell ... read more
We took our puppy for his first shot at their shot clinic. Then we had an appointment for his second shots and exam. We love this place. We saw Charlie as our vet she is wonderful. I can’t even express how affordable they are. He had an exam, distemper shot, got an antibiotic, steroid cream for an allergy he was have. They also gave us for free first flea and tick and heartworm. They also tested his stool. All that for like 178.00 I think it was. The facility is also so nice! I highly recommend !!
Middletown vet has been there for me and my pets every step of the way!! Always going above and beyond for them and even checking up on them days after!! Kimberly and Dr coleman are just 2 of the many amazing staff members who work there!! Never had a problem with service from These folks!! Love them all!!!
I recently started bringing my to newly adopted kitties here. Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Johnnie is great.
I will never go anywhere else Dr. Beste and team are the most compasionate and caring team. They take the time to get to know me and my animals - and allow me to be a part of all checkups, etc. When I lost 2 of my animals, they were so supportive - they even opened up after hours to help me out.
