Staff greeted each person as they entered. The environment felt very welcoming, the staff were clearly comfortable with each other. Although I am not yet a member of the bank the teller was able to answer some basic questions for me and it was a great experience. And I walked in 5 minutes before close on a Saturday.
The Branch manager, Michael, and Assistant Manager, Tania, really know what customer service means! Great professionalism and a true desire to help businesses succeed and to serve their customers above and beyond the transaction! Thanks for being a valuable asset to the community!
