My John Deere tractor was making distressing noises when I tried to start it. I called the service department to ask whether they could suggest any first aid. Joe told me that it sounded like I just needed a new battery. I got a new battery, installed it, and the tractor started just like it should. I am very pleased with the friendly help.
They did a good job repairing my tractor. I wish they had a few more mechanics. It might help with the three week lag time. But I got my tractor back today and it runs great.
