The Best Office – I am one of those people who do not enjoy going to the dentist. I recently broke a tooth and had to see a dentist here in Middletown. Dr. Phillips and his staff are wonderful. I have never met such friendly, caring people as that entire office is. From the minute you step into the office until you leave you are taken care of.
