This company is terrible!! They are also Hawkins Realtors property management company and they do not communicate whatsoever. I happened to call in one day and they said, oh yeah your house is rented. The next time they contacted me it was oh yeah Now your house has roaches. I asked Don Hawkins about receiving the rent that was paid. His response, I'll send it when I get around to it .
