A full week went by with complete silence from management. We have been current residents for a short time and have had a good experience so far! Lee has been very friendly and accommodating in the leasing office and the maintenance team is punctual as well as efficient. Other than that it has so far been quiet and a nice time as we settle in.
Review update: This is just an advisal for any interested tenants. The rent increase for month-by-month renewal is astronomical. The rent would change from 1,800 per month to over 3,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. It is not the staff's fault; the decisions are set by the company that owns the property. The staff were very nice, professional, and understood that the rent increase decisions are out of their hands. There is a clear incentive to keep people renting long-term here. We were showed middletown ridge and there sister property middletown brooke by Courtney who was absolutley fantastic! She helped us answered every question we could possibly have she was very accommodating, patient, and just had the most friendliest interaction with her, shawn/shaun who was the property maintenance manager was absolutley fantastic with answering my questions making sure my apartment was move in ready with everything that i needed and made sure it was functional, clean, and perfect for my move in date, overal... read more
